The construction of the plastic greenhouse is made of hot-dip galvanized pipes with a diameter of 60 mm, while the grille is made of galvanized pipes of 32 mm and 28 mm.
The constructions are very solid and meet all required standards. We produce them in standard widths of 6, 8, 10 and 11 m, the length is optional.
The step between the columns is 2.0 or 1.50 m. The lateral ventilation is 2.20 or 3.00 m high, it all depends on the needs and type of cultivation.
As a cover of the greenhouse, we use a high-quality foil of the French manufacturer of 200 microns thickness, which can be in a single or double version.
For fixing the foil on the objects we use aluminum profiles with associated PVC profiles.
As a cover of the front pages, we use double-layer transparent polycarbonate 6 mm thick and single or double foil. All greenhouses in the standard version have side manual ventilation, and according to clients’ requirements, we install motor reducers for automatic opening of lateral ventilation. At the request of our clients, we also incorporate roof openings which, as a rule, are opened via a motor reducer.
We produce two basic models of greenhouses:
- a one part plastic greenhouse
- width 6,8,10 and 11 m
- multilayer greenhouse (multiple)
- width 8 and 10 m
